Grant recipient resource toolkit

This resource toolkit outlines the requirements for grant recipients as set out in the Letter of Agreement for:

  • reporting requirements and payment schedules
  • funding acknowledgements.

Variation(s) to the Letter of Agreement

Any changes to the project including timeframes or approved deliverables require a variation request and written approval from the Office for Veterans.

Variation requests must be endorsed by the organisation's executive contact. Variation requests must be submitted to the Office for Veterans at least four weeks prior to the effective date of change. Please do not proceed with any changes to the project until you have received approval.

Reporting requirements and payment schedules

All projects are monitored by the Office for Veterans to ensure the objectives of the grants program are achieved.

You will be required to provide a milestone progress report and a final acquittal report.

Payment of Funding Support (Item 5) of your Letter of Agreement sets out the milestone reporting requirements and their due dates.

Grant funding will be released following approval of milestone reports as follows:

  • Provide photographic evidence of the progress of the project

    For Major Capital Works Grants Program, an invoice will be requested pending approval of the progress report

20% of total grant funding for Major Capital Works Grants Program only
Final Acquittal Report
  • Provide photographic evidence of the completion of the project

  • Evidence of how Queensland Government funding was acknowledged

  • A final invoice will be requested pending approval of the final acquittal report

10% of total
